Shipping

When orders ship

Most shop orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Monthly Snail Mail Club bundles typically ship during the first week of each month.

If there’s ever a delay (weather, supply timing, or USPS), I’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping method

Orders are shipped through USPS. If tracking is included for your order, it will be emailed to you once your package ships.

Where I ship

Right now, Bee Happy Studio ships within the United States.

Address notes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I’m happy to resend it once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping costs may apply).

Returns and Exchanges

Because Bee Happy Studio sells small-batch paper goods and mailed bundles, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. I truly want you to feel taken care of.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the issue

I’ll make it right.

Lost packages

Once an order is marked delivered by USPS, it’s outside of my control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, I recommend checking:

  • your mailbox and porch area

  • with neighbors

  • your local post office
